In 1984 Bill Morley and Mike Moss incorporated Morley-Moss Inc. The main goal of creating this business was to create a business environment where “people would enjoy their jobs." Since inception, this single goal along with a few more has remained.
Bill had a childhood where his family was very close. His father was a bricklayer and later in his childhood, his mother became CFO for a prominent General Contractor in Dallas. Bill always found work opportunities to provide his needs when he was young and attributes these to his success as a co-founder of Morley-Moss. Mowing yards, having a paper route, and laboring for his Dad created a work ethic that shaped his foundation.
Bill graduated from High school in 1972 and began the pursuit of his career. He has said that he knew one day at the age of 16 what he would be doing today. Bill has a strong regard for the law in our country and had a short career in law enforcement. He completed his 4-year training with the NJATC and completed his Masters the following year. Bill has traveled the world while he was young working in the electrical field installing Data Centers for EDS and Texas Instruments.
